We have always been farming organically without synthetic and artificial chemicals. Hence we a very clean and natural soil compared to many farms because there are no residues that are harmful. All of this have been confirmed by testing.

We specialize in growing vegetables and fruits with deliciously unique flavors. This can be achieved by carefully controlling the volume of nitrogen put into the dynamic, biologically resilient soils. This results in flavor differences and nutritional differences in minerals, vitamins and amino acids. Although we don't artificially enhance our produce, what we get is produce with high nutritional benefits and a more natural taste.
