The Mushroom Hut @ Fox Farms/Offering fresh local produce, cornmeal, jellies, crafts and moreWe are a working farm that uses organic methods of farming.  We have local produce in season; lettuce, beets and beet tops, potatoes, onions, chives, tomatoes, berries, melon, corn, beans, squash, shiitake mushrooms, cane.  We have our own bees and produce beeswax and candles.  We have dairy goats and produce our own goats' milk soap.  We also make Mountain and Native-American products.  You can shop our online store www.localharvest.org (We are listed as The Mushroom Hut@Fox Farms.  Spruce Pine, NC Farmers' Market on Wednesday from 2:30-5:30 or from On-Farm stand...this location will also be used for CSA pick-up.  We have goats for sale and also offer Rental Goats!  E-mail or call for description and price list.
