For people who are starving for a change in their diet and need a coach to help them:Good day! Gourmet essentials is your headquarters for your own personal chef and design of edible landscaping and gardening.  I work closely with a local organic grower in Columbia City, IN and I design your landscaping to look beautiful and fulfill your needs for growing your own food!  From fruit trees to watermelons, I can plant and maintain your gardens with organic methods.  The Gourmet Essentials personal chef service is a health-in-mind service and you may find me on purehealthmd.com in March, around the 13th.  This is a website that is free to enroll and you receive a newsletter every week for a recipe and sustainability tips from me!  This website was developed by local doctors who want to help change people's life styles one at a time, and so do I through diet. Rates are $35-$50 per hour, depending on the specifics of dietary needs.
