I incorporate the principles of bio-individuality whereby no one diet works for everyone. I partner with each client to harmonize body, mind and spirit which is accomplished through dietary and lifestyle changes. I advocate for and support my clients as they reach their goals.  I offer the following services:      6 month Individual or Group Health Counselling Plan      including monthly workshops,      Healthy Home Makeovers,      Healthy Home Parties, and      Corporate Workshops. Some of the conditions I address are as follows (but not limited to) Infertility, PMS/PMDD, menopause, obesity, allergies,      ADD/ADHD, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Diabetes, COPD, IBS,      Anxiety/Depression, and many more.
