Blue Hen Farm - naturally organic eggs from our happy, cage-free chickensBlue Hen Farm offers fresh, fertilized farm eggs for sale - please call ahead to make sure we have the quantities you desire. The Farm is located in Catalina, but we are often in town and can make arrangements for delivery when necessary. Our 40, hand-raised chickens roam over an acre of property and are only caged at night. The eggs are gathered EVERY day and are cleaned in only a non-toxic green cleaner. We do not bleach or polish our eggs, so some imperfections might be seen on the shell. These are "farm" eggs - different sizes, different egg shapes and different colors - but all taste GREAT! If all brown or white is preferred, we will try to accommodate you. Anyone interested in raising chickens - especially home schooled or school classes - are welcome to visit by appointment.  For a time we did not have product available to new customers, but we now have plenty of product...please call again.
