Happy Badger was founded in 2000 in Toledo Ohio, run family business owned and operated by Brother and Sister Ben and Sarah Cohen. We are now a full fledged Green Organic restaurant and grocery in Bowling Green Ohio.
Using the highest quality local ingredients sourced from around the region, some of our Natrual ingredients include tofu, portabella and white tuna.
All sandwiches are prepared on Zingermans Bakery bread and roasted with garlic olive oil. One of our customer favourites is our vegetable stew topped with a Zingerman's Scone.
