This region is famous for producing the highest quality yerba mate. What is Yerba Mate? Yerba Mate is a holly tree native to the rainforests of South America. Its leaves are brewed into a vital green beverage: mate (mah-tay). People from all walks of life have enjoyed its beneficial properties for centuries. EcoTeas is a small company in southern Oregon owned and run by three best friends. EcoTeas' mission is to offer certified organic sustainably-grown, fairly-traded world teas.
