We are your healthy and natural alternative to soul food. With our menu catered for meat eaters, vegetarians and even vegans, everyone is welcome to come in, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. 

Our menu has no set prices. Why? It's because we try to get integrity out of people. Our cafe is focused on the lower income side of community who can't afford the high prices of health foods. We know how important health is, so we try to do our bit to help. 

Our breakfast, lunch and dinners are served all day long so you get a huge variety. Not only that but everything is healthy, affordable and best of all, delicious.
