Goat milk, goat cheese, free range eggs, greens, berries, veggies, dairy - Jefferson CountyWe are proud to be Jefferson County's first and only USDA certified organic farm and we are the only licensed goat dairy/creamery in the county. We have bottled goat milk and a variety of soft goat cheeses, and lovely eggs from happy free-ranging chickens. We have early salad greens, strawberries, and asparagus in spring. Throughout the summer, we offer a wide variety of vegetables and berries, primarily by Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription. In the winter, we take CSA subscriptions for summer-long produce, dairy, and eggs.Our beautiful 50 acres of fields, pastures, henhouse, barn and goat dairy, greenhouses, and raised beds are all managed chemical-free and pure, with respect for Nature's ways of working. We are also working to conserve energy and use renewable energies.
