We feature delicious New American cuisine. All our preparation and ingredients are certified-organic or locally sourced from as a large variety of local farmers whom we are able to support.
Our executive chef and owner is Maria Hines. She is a James Beard Award winner for Best Chef of the Northwest. She is also one of Food and Wine Magazine’s 10 Best New Chefs of 2005. Most importantly, she has a love and passion for healthy, natural and freshly prepared food.
In 2008, the New York Times deemed us, Tilth Restaurant, one of the best new restaurants in the country. Even today, we're still very proud of our achievements and continue striving for more.
We received our organic certification from Oregon Tilth. It is an unaffiliated organization that promotes sustainability.
