Albuquerque Green Farm Educational Programs

Our Albuquerque Green Farm Educational Programs are open to members and the public. They play a critical role in our Sustainability Campaigns to raise awareness of Sustainable Agricultural practices in the Albuquerque area. We provide both Adult Eco Education, Children’s Education  and Earthcare Education, to offer the Backyard Eco Farming Workshop Series.

In addition, we will offer hands-on Green Workshops at the Farms on topics such as Biodynamics, Bee Keeping, Making Cheese and more. Please see our calendar of events for more information. If you live locally, you may apply for one of our work-trade positions. Work-trade is a great way of getting involved and learning with a minimal weekly time commitment.

Our mission is to build community through shared work, play, education and food and to provide fresh, Healthy produce in a manner that preserves and enhances local farmland, as well as to be an evolving model of Sustainable Agriculture that connects humans, wildlife and the environment.
