Benefits of Handmade Natural Soap

Many of our customers here at Heirloom Natural Soap have asked us about the benefits of Homemade soap / Handmade Soap over those commercial soaps you often find in supermarkets.

The main difference between the two is that homemade soap will clean your body much more gently and what is left will be skin soft and smooth. In fact, our natural soap is different and better than body wash. It's loaded with natural ingredients that will benefit your skin. It also cleans it without over drying. 

When it comes to Body wash and commercial bars, they are in fact detergents in their purest form.

Detergents work differently than soap. Detergents are designed to clean in a way that they will strip dirt and soil from your skin. This process will often leave you feeling tight and  dry.

We really recommend giving natural handmade soap a try. This is because we believe that switching from body wash or liquid hand “soap” to natural homemade soap can make a noticeable difference in the look and feel of your skin.
