Birth Journey birth class

Our Childbirth classes go on for six weeks and our "Birth Refresher Classes". We also run a Birth Journey birth class which is private. Just ask for details through the contact form.

The fee for the six week birth class is $175, and includes the class curriculum, a resource folder full of national and local pregnancy and parenting information, and a bag full of free samples.

The use of my extensive pregnancy, childbirth and parenting library is also available. Our childbirth classes are run at Enso Prenatal Yoga Studio.
