Here at Canter Hill Farm, we are a Local Farm specialising in chemical free and natural poultry. 

We are not interested in using external and artificial inputs such as chemical fertilizers, pesticides and antibiotics. We are interested in raising our animals as sustainably and natural as possible. 

We are committed and passionate about pasture-raised, antibiotic-free and chemical-free poultry.

In fact, nutrition wise, pasture raised poultry is a lot healthier than conventional methods. Pasture raised birds have about 21% less fat than their commercial counterparts, and 30% less saturated fat. They are also higher in their Omega-3 fatty acids and also 50% higher in Vitamin A. 

Also, pastured poultry has much better taste than your average conventional poultry product. The best thing about pasture raised meats is that you don't need to mask the natural flavors with heavy spices because the taste of it along is rich, delicious and natural. In fact, all you need is just salt, pepper and onions to create a delicious tasting dish.
