Our delicious recipe serves four people. With a cooking time of half an hour to one hour, we know you will love our eco Beef and bean kabobs.
Simply mix the wine, Hoisin Sauce, garlic and pepper, and then pour over the combination over the beef and tofu. Marinate this for half an hour.
Drain, reserving marinade. Thread beef, tofu, bell pepper and onion on skewers. Then proceed to grill over hot coals or under the broiler, turning every now and again and basting with reserved marinade, until beef is done and vegetables are tender.
