Eco Childbirth Education

I supply informative, interactive, confidence-constructing eco Childbirth classes which leave parents with a new Education, and the sentiment of trust in the child birthing process.

The classes are wonderful, drawing together information from independent resources, one of whom includes Dr. Robert Bradley, Lamaze Institute for Normal Birth.

In our classes, we focus on breathing techniques and a whole range of different comfort techniques which I have learned from my experience attending births as a doula.
