Eco Watermelon Cooler

For this cooler, all you need are eight cups of watermelon cubes, cut in 1/2-inch pieces, one and a half cups of ginger ale, half a cup of limeade and you've got your eco watermelon cooler.

Just place the watermelon cubes in a single layer in an extra-large zip-top plastic freezer bag, and freeze it for eight hours. Then, afterwards, allow it to stand at room temperature for fifteen minutes.

Combine half each of watermelon, ginger ale, and limeade and pour it all into a blender. Mix until smooth. Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Serve it straight away, a delicious Fruit snack.
