At Green's Garden, we have been enjoying baking fresh homemade Organic breads sourdough, fresh flat breads, granola, crackers, pretzels, and many more healthy and delicious bakery in our own brick oven.
For a staple food like Bread, it is important to be sure that what you're consuming is not genetically modified or filled with chemicals that destroys the living biology in your body.
For us, we're concerned about your health. We use Wheat Montana Prairie Gold flour in all of our baked goods. This is because we trust that they take the extra precautions to make sure their wheat stays untainted from any GMOs and harmful chemicals
We love to bake our bread from scratch when we can. We grind organic grains fresh before we bake. We also use those fresh grains in our very own sourdough cultures. This does not only to impart life and nutrition to our breads - but it also makes them taste a thousand times better than commercial packaged breads.
