They are not only simple to make, but are suitable for those on vegan and Vegetarian diets.
To make this, you'd need about one cup of Millet Flour, half a cup of soy flour, half cup corn meal, one tablespoon baking powder, quarter teaspoon salt, one and a half cups water, and two teaspoons canola oil.
This recipe serves two people - perfect for a romantic breakfast.
To make this, you'll need to combine all the dry ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Then, mix all liquid ingredients in another bowl.
Then simply, mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Drop by quarter cupfulls onto lightly greased griddle, turning only once.
Serve this with raspberries and maple syrup for extra sweetness.
