Green Health Professional Culinary Program was established in 1994 by Elizabeth Ann Foster, the intension of starting the school to manifest her vision of advancing the appreciation and practice of Organic Cooking in the Southeast.
Our Eco Training Programs advocate for Green Lifestyle and Natural Health, and expanded the professional curriculum to a comprehensive, plant-based conscious cooking program that includes macrobiotics, raw foods and classical vegetarian cuisine. The new program also offers strong components in business skills, culinary aesthetics, managing workplace stress in the kitchen.
Our goal is to offer a broad base of nutritious knowledge and students are also trained in the business skills and ethics necessary to prepare them for a rewarding culinary careers. We devote to consciously cooking a health-supportive, plant based diet
We embrace a view of Sustainable Lifestyle and Organic Health that takes physical, energetic, mental, emotional, societal and environmental influences into consideration, and believe diet can improve Health on all these levels.
