At Ailani Gardens, we grown our very own Macadamia nuts that we naturally harvest and dry - all on our farm. Our delicious macadamias nuts are organically grown and our trees have zero pesticides used on or even around them.

We recommend eating Macadamias either raw, roasted, salted or sweetened.

Our very own Macadamias are super crunchy, subtly sweet with a great nutty aroma. Many have used our products to make confectionery and baked goods such as cookies, sweets and cakes.

There are also a lot of health benefits when it comes to Macadamias. In fact, it is not only filled with loads of health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants, but also along with vital vitamins, essential for optimum health and wellness.

Macadamia nuts are also known to contain the highest amount of Healthy monounsaturated fat of any nut - somewhere between 78 to 86 percent. It helps with lowering cholesterol and decreasing the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Macadamia nuts are also filled with healthy vitamins as well. These include vitamin E, thiamin (B-1), pantothenic acid (B-5), B-6, riboflavin (B-2), niacin and folate.
