Recently in 2008 they gave back over $10,000 in medical funding to low-income pet owners.

As well, their (Pet Food Pantry) helps feed hundreds of pets and feral cats.

They decided the traditional way of handling homeless animals isn't working.

Gradually progressively pets are given up and more and more are being destroyed due to lack of homes.
