We pride ourselves in the fact that our cattle is not only 100% Certified Grassfed, dry aged - for maximum tenderness, but we also use subtherapeutic antibiotic and growth on our cattle so they are hormone free. All of our calves are born and raised at the ranch so we known exactly what goes into them.
