Oaxaca Organic Mole

Oaxaca-Organic-Mole is made from six different toasted chilies, along with sesame seeds, peanuts, plantains, apples, raisins, garlic onions and a dozen of other ingredient along with a munificent dose of Authentic Oaxacan Chocolate.

It is used in fish, enchiladas, over nachos and can be used in Vegetarian and Vegan dishes.

This Mole is excellent with Pork, Turkey and chicken.
