Organic Dairy, Meat and Eggs

At Hick's Organic Food, we have a wide variety or meats, eggs and dairy on our Farm - all of which are organic, natural and free from any form of GM.

The wide selection of dairy products that we we supply are all raw and unprocessed. In fact, any milk is a perishable item and the best temperature for storing it is between 34 - 39 degrees F. That is why most of our direct clients and customers bring in their own coolers with ice to maintain temperature. 

We are currently up-breeding our herd with the heritage breed - dutch belted. This new breed is not one that thrives on foraging. They have great dispositions and are on The American Livestock Breeds Conservancy. But more importantly, they produce nutritions and deliciously wonderful milk. 

This is because they have extremely small fat globules in the molecules of their milk and this feature makes the milk naturally homogenized. 

All of our Farm Fresh Eggs from our farm are from our own hens. They are all pastured here and the farm has been certified organic for the past decade and a half by OEFFA. We feed our hens no soy - only organic natural products. These are old-time eggs with rich yolks that are highly nutritious.

All meat is raised either organically or naturally using no GMO, no chemicals and no pesticides. Pork products contain no nitrates or MSG.
