Even though a majority of the wax is removed during the initial settling, following the Extraction process, microscopic particles of wax will float to the top as the honey continues to settle in the jar.

Granulated honey is 100% pure organic honey, which has been thinly granulated into a paste and spreads like butter at room temperature.

The honey is very sensitive to temperature. (Like snow or ice) in above 110 degrees the honey will return to liquid and the texture of granulated honey will get stiffer at lower temperatures as well.

Store and use the honey at room temperature and protect it from overheating, Store the honey at warm temperature slowly to re-melt if crystallized.
