At H Brooks and Co, we're a bit different from your average organic grocery shop. It's not just that we're family owned and operated - and have been a leader in our industry for more than a century. One of our absolute favourite thing to eat is our Delicious Caramel Apples - made from Organic Apples. Legend has it began with Grandma Brooks back in 1950s and have been winning awards and wowing taste buds since. 

Caramel apples from our company feature a slightly richer, thicker, darker caramel. It is wrapped around a fresh orchard-fresh Apple to create what can only be described as heavenly.

Unlike most commercial caramel apples, our caramel actually sticks to the apple and doesn't come off onto its packaging. Each element of the process is designed to ensure a wonderful and unforgettable caramel apple experience from the outside in.
