Personal training packages in bundles of 12,24,48 and 100 sessions. Personal training sessions are 55 minutes and take place at our host gym in Manhattan Beach or in clients home gyms.
Personal training with Mr. America Jason Kozma primarily focus on weight training, injury rehabilitation, and stretching. Team trainers also incoropate yoga and pilates oriented training when appropriate.
