Pure Organic Birch Syrup

Here at Alaska Birch Syrup Company, our goal is to make 100% pure birch syrup and from the natural birch tree jelly found here in Alaska.

Birch Syrup is made just like Maple Syrup - but with some slight distinctive differences in taste. We grade our pure natural syrup into light, medium and dark. 

In fact, there are only two Companies in the world that manufacture Birch Syrup in large commercial quantities as it's still rare.

What we produce is Pure Birch Syrups - nothing else. It is natural and organic produced locally in Alaska.

You can use our syrup in cooking as it has a very unique spicy sweet taste. We believe it is most delicious when added to butter scotch sauce for that little extra deliciousness.

You can even use it in place of honey for those who are on a Vegan diet.
