Here at HumanWear, we are serious about the environment and our community. Hence we only work with vendors share our passion for fair labor and environmentally responsible practices.

When it comes it our T-Shirts and products, we are as green as you can be - at reasonable prices and great quality.

We believe in fair labor and this means that all of our manufacturers meet or even surpass their social compliance standards. In fact, many of our partners have a WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certification.

Besides that, all our products are 100% certified organic cotton. That is, they are all made from cotton grown without the use of any toxic pesticides and harmful chemical fertilizers that seep into the our soils and groundwater.

We also make sure that our shirts are dyed with a low-impact fabric dyes that does not contain heavy metals or toxic substances. 

Our inks are also water-based. This means that they are free from any PVC’s (polyvinyl chloride) which releases harmful dioxins which are not only dangerous to our health and but also to our environment.

It's not just the products that we love to keep eco friendly, we also ship and package sustainably too. Our labels are made from 100% recycled kraft paper hangtags and natural hemp twine. 

Also, we only ship in small recyclable cardboard boxes. These boxes are USPS-committed to reducing their environmental impact 30% by 2015. And of course, when it comes to the actual shipping, we buy carbon offsets from Green Shipping. This means that all your packaged goods from us are shipped in a carbon neutral manner.
