It is not only delicious and fast, but also great for you nutritionally. It is a fantastic option for those who does not feel like eating solid foods so early in the morning.
To make this Strawberry-Papaya Breakfast Smoothie, you'd need one cup of organic milk - or soy milk for those on a Vegan Diet, half a cup of fresh papaya - cut into chunks, about a handful of large, ripe strawberries and some crushed ice.
All you need to do is to place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can add additions like yoghurt and cinnamon for additional flavours and protein.
