We are here to promote waste reduction, reuse and recycling.

Our mission is to provide statewide leadership on waste reduction. This also means reuse and recycling policies and practices in order to promote economic growth, environmental improvement and community development in Ohio.

We pride ourselves by promoting sound solid waste management practices incorporating source separation and recycling of marketable materials in the waste stream.
